PNW Sanitary Butt-Weld Tees provide reliable, permanent branching connections for stainless steel process piping systems. Designed for hygienic environments, these tees create smooth, crevice-free flow paths that support clean-in-place (CIP) operations and meet the demands of food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications.

Available in both Short Tee (7WWW) and Long Tee (7W) configurations, our butt-weld tees offer flexibility for system design and layout. Short Tees provide compact branching for tight installations, while Long Tees feature extended outlets that support smoother routing and reduce the need for additional weld fittings. Each tee is precision-machined and polished to a 32Ra sanitary finish on the ID and OD to ensure consistent cleanability, corrosion resistance, and weld integrity.
