Why Data Centers Choose PNW Sanitary

Leak-Free Reliability

Data center cooling systems demand zero-tolerance for leaks. Our tri-clamp fittings provide secure, reliable connections that can be inspected, maintained, and verified without specialized tools.

Corrosion Resistance

Liquid cooling systems using water-glycol mixtures or other coolants require corrosion-resistant materials. Our 316L stainless steel option provides superior performance in these environments.

Material Verification

Every batch undergoes in-house PMI testing with our SciAps X-550 XRF analyzer. We provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) for your infrastructure documentation and quality assurance.

Direct from Manufacturer

We manufacture our fittings and hold our own 3-A License. No reseller middleman. You get direct technical support, better pricing, and complete manufacturing accountability.

Data Center Cooling FAQs

Why use sanitary fittings in data center cooling systems?

Sanitary tri-clamp fittings provide leak-free, tool-free connections that can be quickly inspected and verified. The visual confirmation of proper seating and the ability to disconnect without special tools makes maintenance and troubleshooting more efficient than traditional threaded or welded connections.

Are your fittings compatible with water-glycol coolants?

Yes. Our stainless steel fittings are fully compatible with water-glycol mixtures commonly used in data center cooling systems. We recommend EPDM or PTFE gaskets for optimal chemical compatibility with glycol-based coolants.

Do you recommend 304 or 316L stainless steel for cooling systems?

For closed-loop cooling systems with treated coolant, 304 stainless steel provides excellent performance. For systems with higher corrosion potential or untreated water, 316L stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance. We stock both options.

Can you provide documentation for data center infrastructure audits?

Yes. We provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) verifying alloy composition and Certificates of Conformance (COCs) for all components. As a manufacturer performing in-house PMI testing, we have complete material traceability.
