PNW Sanitary Pricing Policy & Authorized Reseller Terms

This Pricing Policy outlines the rules and requirements for authorized wholesale customers of Pacific Northwest Sanitary (“PNW Sanitary”), a division of Ace Race Parts, Inc. The policy exists to protect brand integrity, ensure fair competition, and maintain consistent customer experience across all sales channels.

1. Wholesale Pricing Structure

Approved wholesale customers receive category-based discounts depending on product lines, order value, and account status. PNW Sanitary reviews wholesale pricing tiers periodically and may adjust pricing, discount levels, or account tiers as needed. These updates may occur without prior notice.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly or with third-party platforms, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers.

2. Marketplace Sales Are Strictly Prohibited

Authorized resellers may not sell PNW Sanitary products on any third-party marketplace platform, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Walmart
  • Alibaba / AliExpress
  • Facebook Marketplace / Instagram Shops
  • Etsy

Marketplace selling—directly, indirectly, or through a third party—is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate removal of wholesale privileges.

3. Authorized Sales Channels

Wholesale customers are permitted to sell PNW Sanitary products only through:

  • The reseller’s own website
  • The reseller’s own physical storefront(s)
  • Internal B2B, OEM, or fabrication channels

Resellers may not subcontract or redistribute products for resale through unauthorized vendors or online platforms.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for wholesale pricing, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Operate within a qualifying industry (sanitary processing, food/beverage, brewery, dairy, pharmaceutical, industrial fabrication, OEM, or distribution)
  • Submit valid resale/tax-exemption documentation (where applicable)
  • Maintain compliant business practices as outlined in this policy

Personal-use or hobbyist accounts are not eligible for wholesale pricing.

5. Use of Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing and discounts may only be used for:

  • Internal manufacturing
  • Fabrication of finished goods
  • Resale to customers via approved channels

Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with retail promotions unless explicitly allowed.

6. Sales & Promotional Pricing

PNW Sanitary may offer:

  • Limited promotional pricing
  • Category-specific discounts
  • Seasonal or annual pricing adjustments

Any promotional allowances will be communicated through official channels. Unless specified, promotional pricing does not override standard wholesale tiers.

7. Violations & Enforcement

PNW Sanitary reserves the right to revoke wholesale authorization if a reseller:

  • Sells on prohibited marketplaces
  • Advertises misleading or materially incorrect information
  • Engages in pricing practices that harm the brand or violate policy
  • Misuses wholesale pricing outside the scope of approved channels
  • Fails to maintain current business/resale documentation

Violations may result in:

  • Written warnings
  • Suspension or removal of wholesale privileges
  • Termination of purchasing rights

8. Terms Acceptance

No signature is required. By applying for or maintaining a wholesale account, the reseller acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined in this Pricing Policy.
