I-Line Fittings

PNW Sanitary I-Line Fittings provide a rugged, flat-face sealing system designed for sanitary process environments where vibration, elevated temperatures, and higher operating pressures exceed the capabilities of standard clamp-style fittings.

The I-Line connection uses interlocking flat-face ferrules, a gasket, and a clamp to form a secure seal with built-in metal-to-metal contact. This design limits over-compression of the gasket, helping extend gasket life and maintain consistent sealing performance through repeated cycles of use.

Manufactured from 304 and 316L stainless steel to precision sanitary tolerances, PNW Sanitary I-Line Clamps, Ferrules, and Gaskets meet 3-A sanitary standards and are dimensionally compatible with other leading sanitary brands.
