PNW Sanitary Stainless Tubing is manufactured to ASTM A270 standards and polished on both the ID and OD for consistent hygienic performance in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications. Offered in both 304 and 316L stainless steel, our tubing provides reliable corrosion resistance, cleanability, and long service life across a wide range of sanitary processing environments.

Each tube is supplied in convenient 4-ft lengths with no cutting or broken-box charges, reducing freight costs and making handling significantly easier than traditional 20-ft stock. All tubing is individually capped, poly-sleeved for protection, and verified through in-house PMI testing to ensure accurate alloy identification and full material traceability. The smooth 32Ra sanitary finish supports high-purity process requirements and dependable clean-in-place performance.
