PNW Sanitary Bevel Seat Gaskets – White PTFE (40BS-T) provide a chemically inert, high-performance sealing solution for Bevel Seat ferrules used in sanitary stainless process systems. Manufactured from PTFE (Teflon®), these gaskets deliver exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, solvents, and high temperatures, making them ideal for demanding applications where standard elastomers are not suitable.

Designed to fit standard Bevel Seat fittings, PTFE gaskets maintain a clean, non-absorptive sealing surface and are commonly used in pharmaceutical, chemical processing, and specialty food and beverage environments. Due to PTFE’s natural plastic flow, clamp torque should be periodically rechecked to ensure a long-term, leak-resistant seal.
