Bevel Seat Fittings - Ferrules

PNW Sanitary Bevel Seat Ferrules provide strong, hygienic connection points for sanitary process systems where rigidity and cleanability are essential. Manufactured in 304 or 316L stainless steel, polished to a 32Ra sanitary finish, and 3-A Certified, our ferrules are dimensionally compatible with bevel seat unions from leading sanitary brands.

The lineup includes long and short styles in both plain and threaded configurations: 14A (long plain), 14PRF (short plain), 15A (long threaded), and 15TRF (short threaded). Long ferrules feature extended weld ends for easier orbital or manual welding; short ferrules suit compact installations. Plain and threaded ferrules mate with a union hex nut to form a rigid bevel seat union; gaskets are optional where additional sealing assurance is preferred.
