PNW Sanitary Bevel Seat Gaskets provide a secure, sanitary seal for Bevel Seat ferrules used throughout food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical processing systems. Designed to maintain leak-free performance under pressure and frequent line cycling, these gaskets ensure reliable sealing where threaded Bevel Seat connections are used for rigid, crevice-free joints.
Available in Black Buna and White PTFE, each gasket material supports different processing requirements. Buna is an economical, flexible option with strong resistance to oils, animal fats, and moderately aggressive chemicals—ideal for everyday sanitary service. PTFE offers exceptional chemical and temperature resistance for demanding applications, though its natural plastic flow requires periodic clamp retightening to maintain a compression seal. All gaskets are produced to fit standard Bevel Seat ferrules and are compatible with major sanitary brands.
