Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

All PNW Sanitary branded products are covered by a Limited Warranty, which applies only to defects in materials and workmanship. The specifics of this warranty may vary depending on the product or product category.

Warranty Conditions

All PNW Sanitary products must be installed and used in accordance with the product’s intended application and installation guidelines. Products must be protected from both internal and external physical damage, including impact, corrosion, or misuse.

PNW Sanitary is not liable for product failure or damage resulting from improper installation, handling, storage, or modification.

Warranty Coverage

PNW Sanitary’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by an authorized representative.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor costs related to installation or removal
  • Freight charges for returning or reinstalling replacement products
  • Damage to connected systems, machinery, equipment, or facilities resulting from product failure

This Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. No other allowances, reimbursements, or exceptions will be made.

Warranty Coverage Periods

All PNW Sanitary branded products are protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This coverage begins on the date the product is shipped and applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Eligibility

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product as recorded at the time of sale. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, resellers, or individuals who acquire the product secondhand or indirectly.

Wholesale and Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

For wholesale and B2B transactions, where the original purchaser incorporates PNW Sanitary products into finished goods, fabricated assemblies, or custom-made items for resale, the following conditions apply:

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (the wholesale/B2B customer).
  • PNW Sanitary does not extend warranty coverage to downstream customers or end-users who purchase finished or fabricated products containing PNW Sanitary components.
  • Any warranty claim related to a PNW Sanitary product incorporated into another product must be submitted by the original purchaser. Claims submitted by third parties, including end-users, will not be accepted.

If you, as a B2B customer, use PNW Sanitary components in your own manufactured or custom-fabricated products, all warranty claims must be handled directly between you and PNW Sanitary. We will not accept or process claims submitted by your customers or other third parties.

To ensure eligibility, the original buyer’s information, including the order number, must be provided when submitting a claim. Warranty claims submitted without this information or by unauthorized parties will not be processed.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@pnwsanitary.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name or company name
  • Order number
  • Product SKU or description
  • Photographs of the product and the reported issue

A written request for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required to process any warranty claim. Products returned without a documented warranty issue and an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Note: Each PNW Sanitary product is internally linked to a warranty registration number associated with its production batch. While this number is not publicly displayed, it allows our team to confirm warranty eligibility and ensure that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
