Butt-Weld Fittings - Special

PNW Sanitary Butt-Weld Fittings – Special offer hygienic welded components for stainless process lines where 3-A certification is not required. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel and polished to a 32Ra sanitary finish, these fittings meet the same dimensional and material standards as traditional sanitary weld elbows but are not 3-A certified due to the absence of laser-marked size and alloy identifiers.

Ideal for OEM fabrication, equipment builds, and process systems that do not require certified marking, the Special-series includes 45° (2WK – Special), 90° (2WCL – Special), 45° with Tangents (L2KS - Special), and 90° with Tangents (L2S - Special) butt-weld elbows. All fittings are compatible with standard sanitary tubing and are verified with in-house PMI testing for alloy accuracy and traceability.
