Shipping Policy
This page outlines our order processing times, available shipping methods, carrier options, international shipping information, and related terms for all PNW Sanitary orders. All shipments leave our Olympia, Washington facility using reliable, trackable methods to ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders received by 12:00 pm Pacific Time (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
- If an item is backordered, we will notify you with options to ship complete later or split shipments.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Standard small-parcel shipments are sent via UPS Ground or USPS.
- Expedited services (e.g., 2-Day, Next Day Air) may be available at checkout depending on product size and destination.
- LTL Freight is used for heavy or oversize items (e.g., single items ≥150 lb or dimensional oversize).
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via the carrier and service method of our choice (typically UPS Ground or USPS). This allows us to select the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option for your region.
If a customer selects and pays for a specific shipping method during checkout, PNW Sanitary will ship using that exact service as chosen. We do not substitute or downgrade customer-selected shipping methods.
We always aim to balance speed, reliability, and value to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Estimated Transit Times
The map below provides estimated UPS Ground delivery times (in business days) from our Olympia, Washington facility. These estimates apply to standard ground shipments under normal conditions and may vary based on carrier operations, weather, and other factors.

Note: Some smaller or PO box shipments may be delivered via USPS. USPS delivery times vary by region and may differ from the map above.
Rates & Eligibility
Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
Customers in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48) are eligible for Free Shipping on orders $99+ (subtotal before tax/discounts; small-parcel ground only). See our Free Shipping Promotion page for details and exclusions.
Address & Delivery Requirements
- Provide a complete, accurate street address; UPS cannot deliver to most PO Boxes.
- USPS may be used for PO Boxes or certain rural addresses where applicable.
- Address changes or order edits must be requested before the order is boxed for shipment.
- Once an order ships, modifications cannot be made.
Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system. If you have not received tracking within one business day of order placement, contact support@pnwsanitary.com.
Freight Shipments (LTL)
- Freight deliveries may require a loading dock or forklift.
- Residential or lift-gate services may incur additional fees.
- The carrier may contact you to schedule or confirm delivery.
International Orders
We accept most international orders. Options and rates are shown at checkout where available. If your country is not listed, contact sales@pnwsanitary.com for assistance.
- All duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- We cannot modify invoices to reduce declared customs values.
- International sales are generally final and not eligible for return unless otherwise approved.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Notify the carrier at delivery if damage is visible.
- Photograph packaging and product condition.
- Email support@pnwsanitary.com within 3 business days of receipt with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
Claims filed beyond three business days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations & Edits
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are boxed for shipment. Once processed for fulfillment, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or edit. Send requests via email to support@pnwsanitary.com.
