Sanitary Tube – 316L Stainless (ASTM A270)

PNW Sanitary 316L Stainless Steel Tubing is manufactured to ASTM A270 standards and polished to a 32Ra sanitary finish on both the ID and OD for high-purity processing systems. The low-carbon 316L alloy provides enhanced corrosion resistance—especially against chlorides—making it the preferred choice for demanding food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical environments.

Supplied in convenient 4-ft lengths with no cutting or broken-box fees, 316L stainless tubing offers superior handling, storage, and freight efficiency compared to traditional 20-ft stock. Each tube is individually poly-sleeved for added protection and undergoes in-house PMI testing to ensure precise alloy identification and full material traceability.
