Each fitting is manufactured in ISO- and 3-A-certified facility and is polished to a 32RA surface finish on both the ID and OD for optimal cleanability and hygienic performance.

These fittings are dimensionally compatible with leading sanitary brands and are ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) systems, product transfer lines, and high-purity process systems.

QUALITY & MATERIAL VERIFICATION

To ensure material consistency and traceability, all PNW Sanitary fittings undergo in-house positive material identification (PMI) using the SciAps X-550 handheld XRF spectrometer. This non-destructive testing verifies the chemical composition and alloy grade of every batch and supports internal compliance and documentation needs.
