PNW Sanitary Tubing & Spool Assemblies are manufactured to ASTM A270 and ASTM A778 standards and polished on both the ID and OD to support hygienic performance in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, and pharmaceutical systems. Offered in 4‑ft lengths with no cutting or broken‑box charges, our tubing reduces freight costs, simplifies handling, and arrives individually capped and poly‑sleeved for protection. Available in 304 and 316L stainless steel, it integrates seamlessly into welded process lines or modular Tri‑Clamp spool assemblies.

For permanent installations, pair rigid tubing with ferrules and weld fittings. For flexible layouts, prefabricated Tri‑Clamp Spool Assemblies enable non‑permanent, reconfigurable setups that install quickly and can be disassembled and relocated to meet evolving process requirements. Each batch undergoes in‑house PMI verification (SciAps X‑550 XRF) to ensure alloy integrity and traceability.
