1/2"-3/4" High Pressure Bolted Clamp (13MHP) – 304 Stainless

PNW Sanitary High Pressure Bolted Clamps are designed for secure, leak-free Tri-Clamp connections in sanitary process systems operating under elevated pressure and temperature conditions. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel in an ISO- and 3-A-certified facility, these clamps deliver strength and reliability in demanding hygienic applications. Built to match the quality and dimensional standards of leading sanitary brands, they ensure full compatibility with industry-standard components.

FEATURES

  • 3-A Sanitary Certified
  • 304 Stainless Steel body with bolted two-segment design
  • Higher pressure capability compared to single-pin clamps
  • Designed for use with sanitary Tri-Clamp ferrules and gaskets
  • Compatible with standard sanitary size 3.000" OD tubing
  • Suitable for both CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place) processes
  • Pressure rating varies based on clamp size, gasket material, and operating temperature

APPLICATIONS & COMPATIBILITY

Engineered for OEMs, system fabricators, and maintenance teams, the PNW Sanitary High Pressure Bolted Clamp is ideal for applications requiring greater holding strength and resistance to separation under elevated pressure. Common uses include high-pressure transfer lines, pump discharge connections, and process systems subject to vibration or pressure surges. These clamps are dimensionally compatible with leading sanitary brands, allowing seamless integration into existing process lines without specialized adapters or retrofitting.

QUALITY & MATERIAL VERIFICATION

To ensure alloy consistency and traceability, all PNW Sanitary clamps undergo in-house positive material identification (PMI) using the SciAps X-550 handheld XRF spectrometer. This non-destructive testing verifies the chemical composition and alloy grade of each production batch, supporting internal quality control and documentation requirements.
