PNW Sanitary Tri-Clamp Ferrules (14AM7) provide a secure, hygienic connection point between welded tubing and Tri-Clamp process lines. Designed with an extended weld end, these ferrules allow reliable orbital or manual welding during system fabrication while maintaining full compatibility with standard sanitary clamps and gaskets.

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel, they are 3-A Certified and polished to a 32Ra surface finish for optimal cleanability and long-term performance. The 316L alloy offers enhanced corrosion resistance, making it especially suitable for aggressive cleaning regimens and high-purity applications.

This non-destructive testing verifies the alloy composition of each production batch, supporting compliance, reliability, and long service life in demanding sanitary applications.
