PNW Sanitary 304 stainless steel Schedule 40 short radius 90° elbows are precision-manufactured butt-weld fittings designed for nominal pipe size (NPS) stainless piping systems. This fitting provides a compact 90-degree directional change with short-radius geometry, making it well suited for installations where space constraints or tight piping layouts require a reduced centerline radius while maintaining increased wall thickness for strength and durability.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in accordance with ASTM A403/A960 material standards and ASME B16.9 dimensional requirements, this elbow delivers consistent weld fit-up and dependable performance. Schedule 40 wall thickness offers greater structural integrity and pressure capability compared to lighter schedules, making it appropriate for demanding mechanical, fabrication, and industrial applications. Ends are factory-beveled for secure and efficient butt-weld installation. Fittings are ink-stamped “Ace Race Parts” for manufacturing identification.
