1-1/4" Schedule 5 Long Radius 90° Elbow – 321 Stainless Steel
PNW Sanitary 321 stainless steel Schedule 5 long radius 90° elbows are precision-manufactured butt-weld fittings designed for nominal pipe size (NPS) stainless piping systems operating in elevated temperature environments. Featuring long-radius geometry, this fitting provides smooth directional flow transition while maintaining reduced wall thickness for lightweight fabrication and efficient installation.
Constructed from 321 stainless steel and manufactured in accordance with ASTM A403/A960 material standards and ASME B16.9 dimensional requirements, this elbow is engineered for high-temperature service. The addition of titanium in 321 stainless stabilizes the alloy at elevated temperatures and reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion and weld decay in heat-affected zones. This makes 321 stainless particularly well suited for thermal cycling, exhaust systems, and industrial applications where sustained heat exposure is expected.
Schedule 5 wall thickness (approximately 0.065") provides a lightweight solution appropriate for fabrication projects where structural load and pressure demands are moderate. Ends are factory-beveled for secure and consistent butt-weld installation. Fittings are ink-stamped “Ace Race Parts” for manufacturing identification.
