PNW Sanitary Tri-Clamp Gaskets (40MPG) provide a secure, high-performance seal between Tri-Clamp ferrules in sanitary process systems. The White PTFE (Teflon®) gasket is engineered for demanding applications involving heat, pressure, and aggressive chemicals. Known for its exceptional chemical resistance and thermal stability, PTFE gaskets are ideal for environments where standard elastomers may degrade or fail.

Each gasket fits standard Tri-Clamp connections from 1/2" to 12" and ensures a tight, sanitary seal when used with compatible ferrules and clamps. PTFE offers one of the widest operating temperature ranges of any gasket material, from -100°F to 450°F (-74°C to 232°C), and maintains sealing integrity under high pressure or chemical exposure. These gaskets are USP Class VI tested and suitable for use in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and other hygienic applications requiring inert, non-reactive sealing materials.
