PNW Sanitary Tri-Clamp Gaskets (40MPE) provide a reliable, leak-tight seal between Tri-Clamp ferrules in sanitary process systems. The Black EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) gasket is designed for use in applications involving hot water, steam, and a wide range of acids and alkaline solutions. EPDM gaskets offer excellent resistance to heat, weathering, and aging, making them a durable and versatile choice for sanitary and industrial process lines.

Each gasket fits standard Tri-Clamp connections from 1/2" to 12" and provides a consistent, sanitary seal when installed with properly sized ferrules and clamps. EPDM’s wide operating temperature range of -65°F to 300°F (-54°C to 149°C) makes it ideal for both hot and cold process systems. These gaskets are USP Class VI tested, FDA compliant, and frequently used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.
