Wingnut I-Line Clamp (13IS) – 304 Stainless Steel
PNW Sanitary Wingnut I-Line Clamps (13IS) are designed to securely join I-Line ferrules in sanitary process systems, providing a strong, leak-resistant connection. The I-Line interlocking design delivers superior rigidity and alignment, preventing gasket intrusion into the product stream and minimizing the risk of over-tightening. These clamps are ideal for applications exposed to vibration, pressure, or temperature variations where durability and stability are critical.
Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, each clamp offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance for long service life in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical systems. The wingnut closure allows quick, hand-tightened assembly and easy disassembly for maintenance or cleaning. Pressure ratings assume a tightening torque of 25 in/lb.
