2" Schedule 10 Seamless Pipe – 321 Stainless Steel
PNW Sanitary 321 stainless steel Schedule 10 seamless pipe is manufactured for nominal pipe size (NPS) stainless piping systems operating in elevated temperature environments. Produced to ASTM A312 specifications, this pipe provides a balanced combination of wall thickness, structural integrity, and corrosion resistance for industrial fabrication and process piping applications.
321 stainless steel is titanium-stabilized to enhance resistance to intergranular corrosion and reduce the risk of weld decay in heat-affected zones during sustained high-temperature service or repeated thermal cycling. Schedule 10 wall thickness offers greater durability than Schedule 5 while remaining lighter than Schedule 40, making it suitable for applications requiring dependable performance without excessive weight.
Seamless construction eliminates internal weld seams, ensuring uniform wall thickness and consistent fabrication quality. Pipe is ink-stamped “Ace Race Parts” for manufacturing identification.
