Bolted I-Line Clamp (13IU) – 304 Stainless Steel
PNW Sanitary Bolted I-Line Clamps (13IU) provide a secure, heavy-duty connection between I-Line ferrules in sanitary process systems. Featuring a bolted closure design, these clamps deliver maximum strength and rigidity for applications involving higher pressure, temperature, or vibration. The interlocking I-Line profile ensures uniform compression across the gasket surface, preventing over-tightening and maintaining a consistent, leak-resistant seal.
Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, these clamps offer excellent mechanical durability and corrosion resistance for long service life in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical environments. The bolted configuration provides added security compared to wingnut clamps, making it ideal for permanent or high-stress installations. Pressure ratings assume proper tightening torque of 25 in/lb.
Features
- 304 stainless steel construction
